Shop & Inventory

Manage products, orders, coupons, and church assets

Online Shop

FlockSuite includes a fully functional e-commerce module that allows churches to sell products such as books, devotionals, CDs/DVDs, apparel, and merchandise directly through the platform.

Product Management

  • Create Products — Add products with title, description, price, images, SKU, and stock quantity.
  • Product Categories — Organize products into categories (Books, Apparel, Media, etc.).
  • Inventory Tracking — Monitor stock levels and get alerts for low inventory.
  • Product Reviews — Customers can leave reviews and ratings on products.

Shopping Experience

  1. Browse the Shop

    Visitors can browse products at /shop with search and category filtering.

  2. View Product Details

    Click on any product to view detailed information, images, and customer reviews at /details/{slug}/{id}.

  3. Add to Cart

    Add products to the shopping cart with desired quantities.

  4. Apply Coupons

    Enter coupon codes at checkout for discounts on eligible products.

  5. Checkout & Payment

    Complete the purchase with secure payment processing via configured payment gateways.

  6. Order Tracking

    After purchase, customers receive order confirmation and can track their order status.

Order Management

Church admins can manage all orders from the admin dashboard:

  • View all orders with status (pending, processing, completed, cancelled)
  • Update order status and shipping information
  • Generate order invoices
  • Process refunds and cancellations

Coupons

Create promotional coupon codes to encourage purchases and reward loyal customers.

Shop Settings

Configure shop-level settings from Shop → Settings in the admin panel:

  • Currency and pricing display format
  • Shipping options and fees
  • Tax configuration
  • Enable/disable the shop module

Asset Management

Track and manage physical church assets such as equipment, instruments, furniture, vehicles, and more.

Asset Registry

Catalog all church assets with details like name, category, serial number, purchase date, and value.

Asset Assignments

Assign assets to individuals, departments, or branches and track custody history.

Maintenance Tracking

Schedule and record maintenance activities, repairs, and service history for each asset.

Asset Reports

Generate reports on asset inventory, depreciation, maintenance costs, and assignments.
